The total size or s.f./square footage of the intended location to be cleaned will be needed to make a precise quote and before commencement of service.

Regular cleaning services:

The following services apply to all Regular cleaning services only or

non Construction cleaning.

Restrooms: all areas inside wiped down, cleaned, sanitized; chrome polished, mirrors buffed. Floors swept, mopped and sanitized nightly.

All carpeting: swept and vacuumed nightly

All hard flooring: swept, mopped and sanitized nightly.

All dusting: is done periodically or as needed

Doors-glass or other: all wiped and cleaned as needed

Please inquire as to services not mentioned or needed.

A: Offices, Nursery and Day Care facilities, Heath Spas and Health Clinics, Dental offices and Medical clinics

Cost per hour: $12.00 to $30 per man hour

Cost will vary upon number of days contracted to clean.

Any and all special service will need to be inspected prior to any

quotes.

B: Restaurants, Bars, Diners, Night Clubs:

Cost per hour: $ 15 to $30 per man hour

Cost will vary upon number of days contracted to clean.

All service all for regular cleaning and special floor degreasing

only

Stoves, kitchen walls, china and other items are additional.

Any additional services that are needed will need to be inspected prior to contractual agreements.

Special services:

these services are in addition to regular nightly cleaning services:

Floor vct (vinyl composite tile): stripping, sealing and waxing services. All vct stripping and waxing varies in service cost due to square footage, furniture to be moved and replaced and level of difficulty:

All vct services: .08 cents to .50 cents per square foot

Cost will vary upon number of days contracted to clean and frequency

Cost will vary on numbers of layers of wax needed or requested by client

Cost will vary according to type of service performed:

Full strip and wax (multiple wax layers): .15 to .50 cents p/sf

Light scrub and re-coat with 1 layer: .05 to .20 cents p/sf

Heavy scrub and re-coat with multiple layers: .10 to .15 cents p/sf

(Burnish with high speed buff is included with maintenance service)

Window cleaning: cost is per window

The cost is determined on the amount of windows present, if there are interior and/or exterior pieces, if there any items or furniture to be moved and difficulty involved. Please call for a free price quote

Carpet cleaning: all carpeting can be extracted or steam cleaned, dry cleaned with special chemicals and or bonnet cleaned. All priding varies upon square footage. Please give a call for free quote.

Construction cleaning services:

This service applies to all new, refurbished or rehabilitated construction services. Pricing and estimates will vary depending on the services required by the Owners, Project Managers or Superintendent.

All request will be need to be confirmed in writing prior to commencement of services. All services are based on a 1 (one) time Final cleaning. Any return visits are considered and additional cost. Return visits or 2 step cleanings such as Rough and Final services must be agreed upon in writing.

The following services below are included in a construction cleaning quote. All other services not included are listed separately and include their own pricing estimates. If any special items are needed please let us know.

Restrooms: all areas inside wiped down, cleaned, sanitized; chrome polished, mirrors buffed. Floors swept, mopped and sanitized

All carpeting: swept and vacuumed

All hard flooring: swept, mopped and sanitized

All dusting: is cleaned as items are cleaned

Doors-glass or other: all are cleaned, removable dirt and stains cleaned

* * Special construction cleaning services requiring an additional cost:

Windows: special service that requires an additional cost.

all windows are priced a separate service and can be included in the price of the construction cleaning or left as a separate line item.

The windows are first washed lightly then are wet down again, hand scraped to remove all debris such as paint, loose cement and other debris. They are re-cleaned and dried. The framed are also cleaned free of debris. Hard to remove items will be pointed out the client to access damages prior to their occurrence.

VCT flooring: special service that requires an additional cost

new vinyl composite flooring will need to have the factory coating scrubbed off or stripped off, sealed then waxed with multiple layers.

"old" vct will have to be completely stripped and removed, cleaned numerously, sealed and waxed will multiple layers.

Carpet cleaning: all carpets will be swept and vacuumed at no charge as part of the contracted cleaning service. Any spot cleaning, dry cleaning or steam cleaning and extractions are an additional cost. Please inquire with the service required for a special price quote.

This pricing reference list is solely a guide for which to base any and all services offered.

If a rough estimate of the expected price quote is needed, an approximate quote can be obtained by telephone, but can only be valid if in writing.

Once one of the owners of The American Cleaning Services, Inc. has visited the project to be quoted personally, a legally binding contractual agreement will be provided, in writing, for each individual project. All contracts in writing will be void and null within 30 days of the date they are written.

Before any service can be performed, the contract(s) provided must be signed, dated and mailed or faxed back to the corporate address with in 30days. Once the contract has been received by our office we will verify and confirm all the services agreed upon in the contract with the client prior to the start of service and approve commencement date and any changes made.
